Cancellation Policy
Bareboat Charter Agreement required. By submitting a reservation request, the guest acknowledges that this charter is not final until The Round Miami confirms the booking, payment/payment arrangement, guest details, and all required charter documents. The guest must review and sign The Round Miami Bareboat Charter Agreement, yacht rules, liability/waiver terms, and any required compliance documents before the charter is confirmed and before boarding. Maximum capacity is 12 guests. The agreement and final instructions will be provided by The Round Miami for completion before departure.
